Multilingual
Perhaps one of the most fundamental improvements of the universal use of the internet is that information is available to everyone, anywhere, anytime. By consequence this information has to be available in multiple languages.
WebEngine manages versions of the same information in different languages. WebEngine simply "knows" when new information is created or whether it has been translated. This feature should allow Webmasters to gain up to 40% in time to manage multilingual publications.
