Brachot-Hermant, established in 1901, is one of Europe's leading manufacters of quality marble, granite, slate and white stones.

Challenge
To support their international expansion, Brachot launched a whole new internet strategy; which, initially, will result in a better communication with clients and prospects.

In a second phase, the ERP system, Microsoft Business Solutions Navision, will be linked to the website to make it possible for clients to place and follow up their orders online. Already, an exceptional user friendly catalogue presents their key products and 'musts' in an informative and visual manner. The Stone Gallery, the 'showroom' of Brachot-Hermant, gets you dreaming and making up plans for your home or office.

Solution
For the technical realisation of this strategy, WebEngine was chosen as CMS solution, especially for the scalability and simplicity of implementing extra modules on the platform whenever Brachot wants to carry out the next step in the process.

Using WebEngine enables Brachot-Hermant to keep their product database, brochures and any other content up to date. They also use the built-in mailing module of this CMS, the NewsEngine module, to keep their clients posted about news and, if wanted, the stock status of a specific product.

We supported Brachot in setting up this strategy, in the implementation of the CMS, the integration of a new corporate style and the e-communication towards various target groups in various languages.
